Our Origin Story

In 2021, Alex swapped his flight suit for a blazer and jumped headfirst from the U.S. Air Force into San Antonio real estate. The transition? Let’s just say… rocky. Fresh out of Utah with no friends, no family, and zero connections in the Alamo City, Alex was basically Google-mapping his new life and hoping for the best.

Apartment hunting hit him like a surprise deployment—stressful, confusing, and full of “where the heck do I even start?” moments. Luckily, with the guidance of his brokerage (and a few coworkers kind enough not to laugh at his cluelessness), Alex put in the kind of 14–16 hour days that only a veteran could survive. The payoff? By the end of his first year, he ranked #7 in his brokerage. Not bad for the new guy.

Since then, Alex has made it his mission to turn his clients’ chaos into calm. Need polished concrete floors? Done. Lofty ceilings? Easy. A last-minute rental because you just broke up and don’t want your ex to know? Don’t worry, Alex has seen it all—and solved it all. His secret weapon? Simple: fix the problem, no matter how big, small, or awkward.
